WiseDay Concierge $1,000 Storefront-Claim Sweepstakes

Sponsor: WiseDay Concierge ("Sponsor"). This sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by WiseDay Concierge.

No Purchase Necessary. Void Where Prohibited. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or claiming a paid storefront does not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who have a valid email address. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

There are three ways to receive one (1) entry into the next scheduled drawing:

• Free Entry — Gift Badge (No Purchase): Visit wisedayconcierge.com/gift, register a free account, and claim a Gift Badge. Claiming a badge automatically enters you into the next drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person / per account, regardless of entry method.
• Free Entry — Storefront Claim (No Purchase): Register a free account at wisedayconcierge.com/claim and claim your free business storefront. Completing the storefront claim automatically enters you into the next drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person / per account. Claiming multiple storefronts does not increase your number of entries.
• Alternative Free Entry (Mail-In): To enter without registering online, claiming a badge, or claiming a storefront, hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth on a 3"x5" card and mail it to: WiseDay Concierge Sweepstakes, P.O. Box [insert mailing address], postmarked by the entry period. Mail-in entries must be received within seven (7) days of the postmark. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries are treated identically to online entries and do not increase the odds of winning beyond one entry per person.

Each person may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per drawing, regardless of how many of the above methods they use. Multiple entries from the same person or account will be disqualified.

Entry Period & Drawings

The sweepstakes consists of recurring drawings. Each drawing occurs automatically when the Sponsor's cumulative gross platform revenue (the total of all completed transactions processed through the WiseDay Concierge platform, measured from the official sweepstakes start date) crosses each whole $1,000,000 (USD) milestone — i.e., $1,000,000, $2,000,000, $3,000,000, and so on. The Sponsor will run a scheduled check no less than once per day to determine whether a milestone has been crossed.

Only entries received after the previous drawing's cutoff (the date and time of the previous drawing) and before the current drawing's cutoff are eligible for that drawing. Entries do not carry over between drawings; an entry is eligible only for the next drawing after it is received.

Prize & Odds

One (1) prize of $1,000 USD (the "Prize") will be awarded per drawing, payable by check or electronic transfer at the Sponsor's discretion. The Prize is awarded in the form of cash only; no substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the Prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing.

Winner Selection & Notification

Within a reasonable time after a milestone is crossed, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries for that drawing period. The selected entrant will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within thirty (30) days of the first notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing.

Winners' first names and the drawing number may be posted publicly on the WiseDay Concierge platform and in the Sponsor's official rules page as evidence of a completed drawing.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who, in Sponsor's sole discretion, tampers with the entry process, attempts to enter by any fraudulent means, or violates these Official Rules.

Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize; (ii) participation in the sweepstakes; or (iii) any technical or human error in connection with the sweepstakes.

Privacy

Personal information collected during entry is used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Winners List

For the name of the most recent winner, visit the $1,000 sweepstakes page. For a written list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.

Sponsor: WiseDay Concierge. Sweepstakes start date, current revenue total, and next drawing milestone are displayed live on the sweepstakes page. These rules are effective as of the sweepstakes start date and remain in effect until modified or terminated by the Sponsor.
